From attendance to payroll without a single spreadsheet

Every month, HR teams export attendance, clean it up in Excel and paste loss-of-pay into payroll. It is slow and easy to get wrong.
What a connected flow looks like
- Employees clock in on their phone; the location is checked only at the moment of the punch.
- Shift rules decide present, half day or absent, and count late marks.
- Missed punches are fixed through a regularisation request the manager approves.
- At payroll time, LOP is pulled straight from attendance and approved unpaid leave.
